Here is a list of the items you can expect to receive. Please understand that the list is compiled a few days in advance, therefore some items may be subsituted for others if need be.

1 Quart UNWASHED* New Red Potatoes – Certified Organic – Green Valley Organics

*Potatoes will store longer and retain maximum freshness if left unwashed. Your potatoes will arrive “dirty” to preserve their delicate skin. If you have any questions, please direct them to the CSA team.
