Golden Apple & Blackberry Cabbage Slaw

  • Ingredients: Green Cabbage, Golden Supreme Apples, Blackberries, Lemons (juice and zest), Fresh Basil, Olive Oil, Salt, and Pepper.
  • Instructions: Thinly shred the green cabbage and core/julienne the Golden Supreme Apples. Toss together in a large bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, chopped basil, salt, and pepper.
